Customize upload progress bar

How can I either change the UI options the way it looks and or upgrade it.

I've had some luck getting bootstrap 4 progress bars to work:

But it requires changes to the theme HTML to add the correct .progress-bar classes, as well as updating the JS to match, i.e.:

It is so nice to see someone else active on these forums. Are those the exact instructions on everything that needs to be done ?

Btw love the theme hope it will be done soon.
