Moving to a Subdirectory

I've recently moved our installation from a root directory to a subdirectory.

That is previously:

https://clips.mysite.com/

Now:

https://www.mysite.com/clips/

Almost everything works, except when I click on the "Videos" link. When I hover over the link, it says "https://www.mysite.com/clips/videos/", but when I click it, it does a 301 redirect to: "https://www.mysite.com/clips/clips/videos/" and I can't see why.

Any advice?
