The thumbnail dimensions are specified in theme partial "video.phtml". In the default theme it is located at /cc-content/themes/default/blocks/video.phtml.

Make sure you don't modify the default theme and instead make a copy of it. This will prevent you losing your changes during updates. See here for instructions on how to do this:
