Is there a plan to go to a RWD?
We are trying to make a plugin but seems we need modification for each platform now.
If there is already a CSS available, appreciate if it can be shared.

Yes, there is a plan to implement a responsive/reactive with the next major release (v2.3 or v3). However, that is a few months away.

Your best best is to implement responsive styles in your custom theme's CSS. See this How-To for instructions on creating a custom theme:
