    You're using an old version of FFMPEG. Please follow the instructions in the following post to upgrade to the latest version:

    thanks this issue solved but i am facing new issue
    when upload grater than 8 Mb file then show error
    99% upload error No file was uploaded. Please try again.
    please help

    less then 6 mb video work fine

    Your filesize limit is most likely too low. Go into your php.ini or PHP settings and set these values:

    upload_max_filesize = 110M
    post_max_size = 110M

    That should fix your problem. If it still doesn't reach 100% and complete, then you need to also set the setting in your webserver. Change the request body limit on your webserver with the following. These all do the same, just use the one that applies to your webserver, (these all set the setting to 100MB:

    Apache 2.x:
    LimitRequestBody 104857600

    NGNIX:
    client_max_body_size 100m

    Apache mod_cgi:
    MaxRequestLen 104857600

    Apache mod_fcgid:
    FcgiMaxRequestLen 104857600
