my web site when i am upload any video all uploaded video show on Processing

when upload grater than 8 Mb file then show error

That should fix your problem. If it still doesn't reach 100% and complete, then you need to also set the setting in your webserver. Change the request body limit on your webserver with the following. These all do the same, just use the one that applies to your webserver, (these all set the setting to 100MB:
Apache 2.x:
