    Your FFMPEG is throwing a segmentation fault error on your server. The cause could either be FFMPEG bug or issue with the machine. Let's try to update FFMPEG first to see if that fixes the issue.

    I've follow the instruction and use the 32bit version. Error still occured but the log statement is different.

    Is that the entire log file? It looks like parts are missing? Please purge all logs and retry your upload again. When it fails, provide both logs by attaching them here.
