After inspecting the logs I noticed the error being thrown is the following:

    [h264 @ 0x41d2740] Invalid NAL unit size (7525 > 835).
[h264 @ 0x41d2740] Error splitting the input into NAL units.

I'm not an FFPEG/transcoding expert but some quick Googling suggest this could be a corrupt video, or a video encoded using faulty interlacing (also corrupt).

I would try to download the latest static x86_64 FFMPEG binary from: https://www.johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/ and replace the file in /cc-core/system/bin/ffmpeg-64-bit. Then test it manually using this command:

    /var/www/html/cumulusclips/cc-core/system/bin/ffmpeg-64-bit/ffmpeg -y -i /var/www/html/cumulusclips/cc-content/uploads/temp/zPozh7WZH6TF2Pi0V9si.mp4 -vcodec libx264 -vf "scale=min(640\,iw):trunc(ow/a/2)*2" -vb 800k -acodec aac -ab 96k -ar 44100 -f mp4 /var/www/html/cumulusclips/cc-content/uploads/h264/zPozh7WZH6TF2Pi0V9si_temp.mp4
If you still get an error similar to the one above, then the file is corrupt. At that point just try to get a non-corrupt version of the video.
