Ajax upload Error

Hi,

I just installed CumulusClips on Ubuntu. All PHP requirement are valid and have been check via info.php.

the apache2 user is the owner of all folder and file under my cumulus www folder. (I also tried to chmod 777).

When I try to upload something, video, theme, plugins, etc. I always get the message:

"Errors were encountered during the processing of your file, and it cannot be uploaded at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience."

There is no log in the Cumulus log directory, and nothing in the apache error log.

In the Chrome Dev console Netowork tab, I can see this to the upload response:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">

The requested URL /ajax/upload/ was not found on this server.

Any idea what's wrong?

Thanks !

  • Nevermind, got it.

In my apache website config file: /etc/apache2/sites-available/000-default.conf

I had to add those line inside the config:

    AllowOverride All

    And then restart apache:

    service apache2 restart
