  • Can you post both of your encoding logs here so that we can help you debug the issue. They can be found at Admin Panel -> Dashboard -> System Logs. We need the "converter.log" as well as the actual video log (i.e. dkw38sdk2wd98sl2s.log)
  • I got this :
The temp H.264 file was not created. The id of the video is: 4
The temp H.264 file was not created. The id of the video is: 5
The temp H.264 file was not created. The id of the video is: 6

    Unknown encoder 'libvo_aacenc'

prowess in H.264 Encoding Options -acodec libvo_aacenc
  • Delete in H.264 Encoding Options -acodec libvo_aacenc
  • Go to Admin Panel - Settings - Video. In both H.264 Options as well as Mobile Options find libvo_aac and replace it with just aac. Save then try your upload again.

Let me know how that works.
  • Nothing happen , this is H.264 Encoding Options code in Admin Panel - Settings - Video : -vcodec libx264 -vf "scale=min(640\,iw):trunc(ow/a/2)*2" -vb 800k -acodec -ab 96k -ar 44100 -f mp4
  • Delete -acodec
  • @netcase You were supposed to replace, not remove, libvo_aac with just aac. Thus the final result should look like this:

    -vcodec libx264 -vf "scale=min(640\,iw):trunc(ow/a/2)*2" -vb 800k -acodec aac -ab 96k -ar 44100 -f mp4
  • Also nothing happen , I dont know where is the issue :(
  • @Damian finally it's working thank you so much :) regarding Mobile Encoding Options is :-vcodec libx264 -vf "scale=min(480\,iw):trunc(ow/a/2)*2" -vb 600k -ac 2 -ab 96k -ar 44100 -f mp4
    shloud i change something ?
  • I dont see the "-acodec aac" after the "-vb 600k". Add that back in to the mobile options and save. Then go to Admin Panel -> Dashboard -> System Logs and click purge logs. Now try you upload again. If it fails, go back to the logs and copy both logs that are present and attach them here so that we can see what the problem is.
