About my Website little problem with Upload

edited March 2014 in General
Hello,
I'm French and I try to explain you my problem :
My website is http://bambou-canyon.com/ and I've an extension for videos >> address : http://bambou-canyon.com/cumulus/index.php

No problem with the install, I try to do my best for the CSS and Theme, and it seems ok, but I can't put videos... Why ?

°°°°°°Always the same answer :

Your server does not meet the minimum requirements for video encoding. As a result video uploads have been disabled. Please check with your web host to ensure they fully support CumulusClips.

<- "My web host" tell me I've no problem with that

Visit the Admin Panel -> Settings -> Video, to re-check your system and enable uploads. You could also use a plugin to manage video encoding for you.

<- - No action possible in the admin Panel

°°°°°°My Server settings :

cPanel Version 11.40.1 (build 11)
Theme x3
Apache version 2.4.7
PHP version 5.4.24
MySQL version 5.5.35-cll
Architecture x86_64
Operating system linux
Path to Perl /usr/bin/perl
Perl version 5.10.1
Kernel version 2.6.32-458.23.2.lve1.2.48.el6.x86_64
cPanel Pro 1.0 (RC1)

Please can you help me and tell me what i should doing ?? If you need more information you can contact me .

But by the time, thanks' for your software !! Really Great

  • Ask your web host what is the proper path to FFMPEG and PHP from the command line. When you receive these two items add them accordingly in: Admin Panel -> Settings -> Videos, under FFMPEG Path and PHP Path.
  • Thank's for your answer I ask them and I give you back what I should do
  • ffmpeg

    ffmpeg-php version 0.6.0-svn
    ffmpeg-php built on Mar 20 2014 14:09:02
    ffmpeg-php gd support enabled
    ffmpeg libavcodec version Lavc52.72.2
    ffmpeg libavformat version Lavf52.64.2
    ffmpeg swscaler version SwS0.11.0

    Directive

    Local Value

    Master Value

    ffmpeg.allow_persistent 0 0
    ffmpeg.show_warnings 0 0
  • I think you misunderstood what I was asking. Please ask you web host for

    1) the full filesystem path to the PHP executable/binary
    2) the full filesystem path to the FFMPEG executable/binary

They should look something similar to this, i.e.:

    /usr/bin/ffmpeg
    /usr/bin/php
  • I've find the first one
    /opt/alt/php53/usr/bin/php

but not for ffmpeg and I don t find whith info.php
  • PS :all the seettings for php are ok (upload size, memory ...)
  • You need both the PHP binary path and the FFMPEG binary path. Uploads will not work unless you have both.

Also verify that the PHP path you provided above is for the PHP -CLI. Ask your web host they should provide that information to you.
  • /usr/bin/ffmpeg for ffmpeg path
and I can finish the upload ( 3 pages ok )but at the end I can't see the video on the videos page and videos upload = 0
Have you an idea ?Thank's for your help
  • The videos stay in this file >> Public_html/cumulus/cc-content/uploads/temp
and don't move to flv or mobile files
