The temp H.264 file was not created / 2 frames left in the queue on closing

Hi! Can anyone please help me? This is driving me insane. I try to upload a video. It says it uploaded but then it sends an email saying that the file was not created. In the log I get this:

Any suggestions?

  • These types of errors are usually related to the
way the file is encode, an issue woth ffmpeg, or an issue with your ffmpeg encodinf parameters.

Log in the admin panel and in the video encoding settings strip out any parameters that aren’t explicitly
required to narrow down the problematic value. If that doesn’t work you can download the latest static binary of ffmpeg and replace the one that came with the script. Lastly if neither one of those two things work, then try a different version of the video to see if its encoded in a problemqtic way.

    Hope that helps.
  • Hi! A bit difficult to know exactly what to remove. I've tried converting video to different formats but no luck. I've been able to upload videos in the past, so I don't understand why this has happened suddenly. Not aware of anything having changed.

I've tried some things but it still isn't working. I've created a new installation in a different directory and it still gives me the same error.

If know what bits I should remove from the settings that'd be great.

Otherwise, never mind. I guess I'll have to find another way of embedding videos.

  • Sorted problem by converting video using different software.
  • Damian can you look at my post? thanks
