  • Within the cc-core\logs folder you will see various log files corresponding to your various failed uploads. Can you have a look at these and post these here? Once posted we can better assist you figured this out.

  • Go to Admin Panel -> Settings -> Video and turn Log Encoding on. Then go to Admin Panel -> Dashboard -> System Logs and Purge all logs. Next try your upload again. Once the upload fails, go back to the logs page and attach the two log files here.
