videos not showing after upload

Hi Damien, I am hosting with pacific host. I follwed your forum comments and changed ffmeg path etc. When I upload it shows progress bar and even that cone sign for processing but videos do not appear on the site.

    The logs you posted don't reflect the changes I asked you to make in my first post. Can you make those changes, purge the system logs and try again. Then post the resulting logs here.

    Hi Damian Are you referring to copying ffmeg to a folder on my website? Well I did that and changed permission too. As I got a permission denied message.

    We have a couple things going on.

    1) magic quotes is on in your php settings. You need to turn it off.

    2) Your encoding command is messed up as a result of number 1. Please remove all the "\" from the h264 and mobile commands except for the one before ",iw".

    3) How did you change the permissions on the static FFMPEG file you uploaded? Did you use:

    chmod 777 /home/talentsc/public_html/cc-core/system/ffmpeg

    We've had a couple people with the same problem and can't reproduce it.

    Can we have one of our engineers troubleshoot this for you? If so, please send us an email to support at cumulusClips.org with your admin panel and ssh credentials and we will investigate.
