  • Look at the error closely. It's complaining about a mis-matches ' " ' (double quote). If you look at the encoding command

Did you change the encoding options in the admin panel?

If you look at the encoding command in the log you posted there is a mismatched double quote after the libx264 part.
  • You mean change them to -vfilter ? Yes I did sir .

  • this is the Current error after Changing -vfilter

  • No, I wasn't referring to vfilter. I was saying the the logs you originally posted showed that your encoding command was broken. It had a mismatched quote. You actually fixed that when you made the change to add the vfilter, however the vfilter itself caused other problems. Please change this to what it was initially when you first installed the script:

    -vcodec libx264 -vf "scale=min(640\,iw):trunc(ow/a/2)*2" -vb 800k -acodec libfaac -ab 96k -ar 44100 -f mp4

Your first issue is that you're using a very old version of FFMPEG. If you manage this server yourself please update to the latest version of FFMPEG. Other wise please ask your web host to upgrade the version on your server or move your site to a machine with the latest version installed. Sometimes web hosts have multiple versions of FFMPEG installed. Ask them about that, they may provide you with an alternate path to he newer FFMPEG binary.

If none of the above is possible then you'll be stuck with an older version of FFMPEG and lower quality videos. In this case replace the libx264 and the -vf quoted part with the word "copy". This is a last resort in case we can't get an updated FFMPEG.
  • Ok I did a fresh install and on a newer FFMPEG Server not the Latest but they are doing a Fleet wide soon eta 14 days but I am working now with default settings But it does seem that I am NOT getting a HD version is that something I need to turn on ?
  • The default settings are for standard definition.

As the encoding is using FFMPEG you can customize the encoding command to output HD videos. You will need to research how to create HD videos using FFMPEG (single pass encoding only). Once you find the options you want you can add your custom settings in Admin Panel - Settings - Video - H.264 Options.
